2. Full Service..........................$20.00 a month
The package includes all of the basic cable service and all of the premium channel with
Channel 14 Home Box Office
Channel 15 Cinemax
Channel 16 Home Box Office 2
Channel 17 the Showtime
Channel 18 the Movie Channel
3. Partial Premium Choice......$10.00 a month
The package includes either one of two packages to choose from, customers can choose to add with their Basic Cable Service at anytime.
Home Box Office package comes with Home Box Office, Home Box Office 2, & Cinimax and or the Showtime package includes The Showtime & the Movie Channel.
Hook-up fees
The hook-up fee will includes the disconnect fee
The rates are $45.00
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Craig Cable TV, Inc. does not own underground installation equipment, therefore customers are required to provide underground installation at their own expense.
Premium Add-on or Premium Disconnect: effective January 1st, 2010
The fees for field work to add premium channel or to take off the premium channel are:

About the Senior Rates; Craig Cable TV, Inc. has terminated the Senior Rates Program on August 1st, 2006 due to the very high operating overhead cost and a very small subscriber base since we took over Craig Cable TV, Inc. on November 1, 2005.
Craig Cable TV is five times smaller now when the peak subscriber base back in 1998-2001 that at the time was able to offer Senior Rate Discount.
